			<title><![CDATA[ Aikido ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ At the begining of 2005 I was taking Aikido 4 times a week, doing 2 hour sessions each , did it for 5 months til I stated a job on a building site. All the hard work on the site made my arms very sore and Aikido became too painfull because of the controls. At work I strained my left arm pretty bad. After a 3 Month break I tried going back, but not quite ready yet.<br>It was kewl, also did weapons practice with wood samurai sword, tanto and short staff.<br>I think it has improved my Tai Chi... ]]></description>
